- 5+ years kitchen leadership experience

Line Cook

Guest Experience Manager

- 3+ years in hospitality or food service management

- POS system proficiency

Barista & Beverage Specialist
Craft handcrafted coffees, fresh juices, and signature beverages that perfectly complement our food menu. You'll be the first friendly face many guests encounter, setting the tone for their entire experience with a perfectly made drink and a genuine smile.

- Previous barista experience preferred

Marketing & Social Media Coordinator
Tell the Cafe Rio story online and bring our vibrant community together. You'll manage our social media channels, create compelling visual content, run promotions, and grow our digital presence across Phoenix and beyond. A love for food and storytelling is a must.

- 2+ years social media management experience
- Proficiency in Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
